Klods Hans / Clumsy Hans
Hans Christian Andersen’s wonderful story about the overlord who had two sons who were so clever, half of that would have been enough.
They wanted to propose to the king’s daughter, which they dared to do because they had heard, she would take whichever man she thought was best to speak for himself.
There was also a third brother. Nobody considered him a real brother, for he did not have any of the education of the other two and he was called Clumsy Hans.
When Clumsy Hans heard of his brothers’ plans, he said, ’My goodness, I have such a yearning to get married.’
And the three brothers traveled to the castle to try their luck’.
